Here is the list of the upcoming webinars in the coming weeks. You can register for free to all our webinars and you will automatically receive the On Demand version if you can’t finally attend the live event directly in your inbox!

AUGUST

9th –  Characterizing Hybrid Nanoparticles and Polymers with Gradient Properties using Multi-Detector GPC

Our guest presenter, Professor Rigoberto Advincular from Case Western Reserve University, USA will focus his talk on the class of hybrid nanoparticle materials with interesting gradient properties produced by coupling a solid-state nanocrystal or nanoparticle with the properties of organic polymers and dendrimers. The analytical characterization of the synthesis and the fabrication of the solid state films.

21st –  Introduction to X-ray fluorescence (XRF) and particle characterization in cement

This webinar provides an introduction to XRF and particle sizing as applied to the cement industry with an emphasis of the financial implications of control. Stephen Williams and Alan Rawle will provide an introduction to the Epsilon XRF equipment and the Mastersizer 3000 laser diffraction particle size analyzer including looking at classifier efficiency (Tromp curve) in the latter.

23rd –  Climate and hydrology studies leveraging ASD VNIR spectral snow albedo measurements

Our guest presenter, Dr. Mckenzie Skiles, Assistant Professor University of Utah will discuss snow and ice applications and the use of Malvern Panalytical’s ASD FieldSpec® spectroradiometer for data measurement and analysis.
